Wendy’s Total Body Wellness is all about taking care of your mind and body, through Personal Training Sessions, Nutrition and Massage. This can be achieved by combining all three or using one or two components that meet your needs.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Whether your goal is to get fit, lose weight, build muscle or flexibility I am able to help you. My philosophy is to work hard and have fun, to help you meet your goals. I have seen the benefits that exercise can do for mental health, confidence and self-belief, and I want to share that journey with you.

My personal training sessions are available online in the comfort of your home, in the park, at your house or mine. These sessions can be personalised 1-2-1 or shared with up to 4 friends. Sessions are between 30 minutes or 1 hour, depending on your requirements. Flexible times available to work around your busy life. Pay as you go sessions or special offers with block bookings of 6 sessions.

MASSAGE

Massage has played a very important part in my life, as a fitness instructor; after many injuries I realised that regular massages helped to prevent injury and identified any niggles before they become bad. My belief in massage and experiencing the benefits inspired me to train to offer this to clients.

I offer a range of massages to benefit the individual’s needs, including Sport’s and Pregnancy massage.I have a therapy room at my home, and I am also able to offer a mobile service. Treatments can vary from 30 minutes to an hour dependent on your needs. I also Specialise in Oncology massage, and offer baby massage sessions either on a 1-2-1 basis or in group sessions.
